RETURN POLICY
If the purchased TM "DASTI" product did not suit you for any reason, you can easily return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided you have all the accompanying documents: tags, labels and receipt. When returning, you must fill out the electronic form below or the paper return form tHat you received with the product.
Notes:
- The product should not have signs of use.
- All transportation costs incurred with the replacement and return of our goods are paid by the buyer. The return is carried out by TC "Nova poshta" at the adDress of Kyiv, str. Raisy Okipnoi, 8 (adDress delivery), FOP Atanova K.V., +38 (096) 773-55-25.
- For international returns - any transport company tHat provides international transport services and is convenient for the sender can be used.
- The costs associated with sending the goods abroad are borne by the buyer.
- The return of the product must be delivered to the adDress: Ukraine, Kyiv, st. Raisy Okipnoi, 8 (adDress delivery), FOP Atanova K.V, +38 (096) 773-55-25
- In Kyiv, the product can be returned to our store. You must have all accompanying documentation and a payment card with you if the product was paid for at the terminal.
Refund for goods
When paying by card, the money is returned to the same card within 7 working days after we receive the goods: quality control, preservation of labels and accompanying documents. We remind you tHat all transport costs are paid by the buyer.
