EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided tHat you have all the accompanying documents, including tags, labels, and the receipt.

Please note tHat the product should not have any signs of use, and any transport costs arising from the exchange of our goods are borne by the buyer. To initiate an exchange, kindly fill out the electronic form below or the paper exchange application tHat you received with the product.

If you are returning the product from abroad, you can use any shipping company tHat provides international shipping services. However, the costs associated with sending the goods abroad are to be borne by the buyer. The return of the product must be delivered to the adDress: Ukraine, Kyiv, st.
