If the purchased TM "DASTI" product did not suit you for any reason, you can easily exchange it or return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided you have all the accompanying documents: tags, labels and receipt.
When exchanging , you must fill out the electronic form below: here or the paper exchange form tHat you received with the product.
When returning, you must fill out the electronic form below: here or the paper return form tHat you received with the product.
Notes:
- The product should not have signs of use.
- All transport costs arising from the exchange of our goods are borne by the buyer. The shipment of goods should be processed through the "New Post" branch with delivery adDress: Kyiv, st. Raisy Okipnoi, 8, FOP Atanova K.V, +38 (096) 773-55-25.
- Any shipping company tHat provides international shipping services can be used for international returns.
- The costs associated with sending the goods abroad are borne by the buyer.

- In Kyiv, the product can be returned to our store. You must have all the accompanying documentation with you.
