Payment and Shipping

Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for ordering up to 2 individual shipments.

We offer several ways to receive and pay for your order:

DASTI Store

All items showcased on the DASTI online store can be tried on and purchased at our physical store located at 8 Raisa Okipna Street. Here, you have the option to pay either in cash or through electronic payment methods.

Domestic Shipping

We collaborate with one of the best transportation companies, Nova Poshta, for product delivery within Ukraine.

We assure you that we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches any destination within Ukraine serviced by the aforementioned logistics company.

The buyer is responsible for the delivery and, if necessary, the return of the order.

ATTENTION: All shipments are sent via Nova Poshta from the delivery address of our store/warehouse. Please take this into account when calculating shipping costs.

International Shipping to All Countries

You can place orders from any country worldwide. During the return process, all associated processes are to be covered by the buyer.

Delivery times range from 5 to 21 working days. HOWEVER, this may vary depending on the situation.

All international orders are dispatched through the logistics company Ukrposhta. A tracking number will be provided for package tracking, available in your personal account after the shipment is sent.

The buyer is responsible for the delivery and, if necessary, the return of the order.

Payment

By Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed via "Liqpay." The payment is subject to the rates set by your bank. Payments are made by transferring funds from Visa and Mastercard cards, provided your bank supports online payments with the issued card. Please inquire with your bank to ascertain whether online payments using a credit card are supported.

The payment service is conducted in accordance with international payment system rules, ensuring confidentiality and security. State-of-the-art verification, encryption, and data transmission methods over secure communication channels are employed. Input of credit card information occurs on a secure payment page provided by our banking partner.

Our banking partner is PrivatBank JSC.

Cases of Payment Rejection:

The credit card is not authorized for online payments, information that can be acquired through your bank; Incorrect entry of credit card data. Correct data entry requires careful attention, adhering to the sequence of digits and letters as indicated on your card: cardholder (usually listed in uppercase letters in English on the front side of the card, e.g. Ivanov Ivan), card number (typically consisting of 16 digits on the front side of the card, e.g. 0123 4567 8901 2345), card expiration date (month and year usually shown on the front side of the card, entered as numbers, e.g. 12 for the month and 13 for the year, meaning the card is valid until December 2013), cvv2 or cvc2 code (usually found on the back of the card and consists of 3 digits, e.g. 123); Expired credit card. The card's expiration date is typically shown on the front side of the card (month and year). Further information about the card's expiration date can be obtained from the bank that issued the card; Insufficient funds on the credit card. For information regarding the availability of funds on the credit card, please contact the bank that issued the card; Exceeded the daily transaction limit. The daily limit for all operations is determined by our banking partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD) via Nova Poshta

All "DASTI" brand purchases can be made using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option through Nova Poshta. This service is available only within Ukraine.
